- We encourage all of our guests to practice regular hand washing techniques and follow the onsite guidance and staff instructions
- All Payments within the venue are contactless
- Additional visual aids are in place displaying Covid-19 messages

Boiler Shop is also part of the 'Good to Go' scheme, the official UK mark to signal that tourism businesses have worked hard to follow Government and industry COVID-19 guidelines.

Following the government announcement, we put together some information about the changes taking effect at Boiler Shop from 27 January 2022:

  • From 27 January: There is no longer a legal requirement to wear a face covering. The government suggests that you continue to wear a face covering in crowded and enclosed spaces where you may come into contact with other people you do not normally meet.
  • From 27 January: Venues and events will no longer be required by law to check visitors’ NHS COVID Pass. The NHS COVID Pass can still be used on a voluntary basis.

Above all, we want everyone to stay as safe as possible, so please continue to respect each other's personal space.
Please do stay at home if you get a positive result or experience any of the usual covid symptoms.

Ahead of your visit, please read the COVID-19 Safety Acknowledgment here.

Please note, if you fail to comply with any government laws or guidance related to Covid-19, or any of the associated measures implemented by the venue, we reserve the right to prevent you from entering the venue and/or remove you from the venue without refund.

Further information can be found at the Government website.
