Step 1:  please CONTACT THE VENUE FIRST to see if there's space in the accessible viewing area before booking. Please do not purchase a General Admission ticket and expect to be accommodated as these will be refused. This is a strict policy to make sure the venue is safe for all customers.

Step 2: Register for the Access Scheme

Step 3: Submit Your Application

  • Send the completed form and document back to us via email.

Step 4: Receive Your Private Ticket Link

  • Once we receive your completed form, we will send you a private link to purchase one accessible ticket for the show you wish to attend.

Step 5: Purchase Your Accessible Ticket

  • Use the private link to buy your accessible ticket.

  • This ticket gives you:
    • A designated space in the accessible bay (if required).
    • One complimentary PA ticket for your assistant (subject to availability).

Important: PA seating is not guaranteed. If space is limited, your PA may need to stand either on or off the accessible bay.

  • We will match your ticket with your accessibility request to finalise your booking.

Please note, the space is limited and on a first come, first served basis. We have space for four wheelchairs plus six seats.
